My Story

Those questions have followed me through every chapter of my life — through 20 years of military service, motherhood, spirituality, healing, travel, writing, speaking, entrepreneurship, and everything I've learned along the way.

I'm Latasha Smith — retired U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, author, speaker, life coach, Spiritualist Minister, Reiki Master, traveler, creator, mother, grandmother, and someone who is still evolving.

What I bring to my work comes from all of it: what I've learned, what I've survived, what I've questioned, what I've explored, and what I've experienced.

My own journey eventually led me to another question:

What kind of life do I actually want to create?

A lot of what I do today grew from that question.

I create experiences and tools that encourage people to explore themselves, broaden their perspective, connect meaningfully, grow, heal where they need to heal, experience joy, and live more intentionally.

Everything does not have to be heavy to be meaningful.

What I Believe

BE GENUINE. I want what I create to feel like me, not whatever happens to be popular.

BE INCLUSIVE. There is room here for different beliefs, identities, backgrounds, experiences, and ways of moving through the world.

CREATE SOMETHING USEFUL. I want people to leave with something — an experience, a thought, a tool, a memory, a shift.

MAKE ROOM FOR JOY. Personal growth doesn't require suffering every minute. We can heal, learn, laugh, travel, dance, rest, and enjoy our lives at the same time.
