I wanted to create the kind of trip I would personally take — enough planned so you really get to experience Costa Rica, but enough freedom to relax, explore, eat, enjoy the beach, or simply decide what feels good that day.

Group transportation from San José, check-in, welcome, and an easy first evening to get settled in.
Explore Puerto Viejo, enjoy the beach, grab some food, shop around town, or catch the sunset.
A full day dedicated to Toke on the 20, with cannabis-themed activities and experiences throughout the day, including meetups on the 20 of each hour.
Explore Cahuita National Park with wildlife, coastal trails, and time at the beach.
Experience Bribri culture, visit the waterfalls, explore the rainforest, and shop with local artisans.
Enjoy a horseback ride along the coast, followed by free time to relax, explore, or enjoy the beach.
Spend the day however you choose — relax, shop, hit the beach, book an optional experience, explore more of the area, or simply take it easy. We'll come back together later for a farewell gathering.
Breakfast, check-out, and group transportation back to San José.
A private jungle property just 150 meters from the Caribbean Sea, with seven bungalows and suites, a pool, bar area, group dining space, gardens, and an open-air yoga deck.
We have the property to ourselves for the week.

Adults 21+ who enjoy nature, culture, travel, good food, new experiences, a relaxed group environment — and, of course, cannabis.
Airfare, travel insurance, lunches and dinners, alcohol, personal purchases, and optional add-on experiences.
The exception is April 20, when infused food will be included as part of Toke on the 20.
High Tides is an adults-only, 21+ cannabis-friendly experience in Costa Rica. Green Concierge is a pre-arrival consultation to discuss your preferences, questions, and what to expect during your stay. Cannabis itself is not included in the retreat price or sold as part of High Tides. Guests are responsible for following Costa Rican law. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Moderate. Expect walking, uneven natural terrain, tropical weather, stairs, and outdoor activities.
Optional wellness, adventure, and personal experiences may be available before or during the retreat.
